Marty worked with NNRG on sentence understanding with neural networks. In particular, he developed an architecture called INSOMNet that was able to parse natural spoken language to shallow semantic representation. After graduation, he worked as a postdoc at Saarland University and UC Merced, and most recently at Hewett Research, Inc.
